Within the **Aircraft BU** of the **Aeronautics Division**, in the Operations & Supply Chain unit, we are looking for a **Product Quality Engineer** for the Cameri site.
The resource will be inserted into the Product Quality team and will support the identification and analysis activities of root causes (RCCA) in case of non-conformities or problems encountered during the production process.

They will collaborate with the production, engineering and quality departments to implement effective corrective actions and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.
**Main activities:**
* Analysis of non-conformities: Support in identifying root causes through RCCA methodologies (5 Whys, Ishikawa, FMEA).
* Implementation of corrective actions: Collaboration with the departments involved to define and monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions.
* Performance monitoring: Collection and analysis of data relating to defects, reworks and complaints to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Reporting: Preparation of detailed reports on RCCA activities, results obtained and recommendations for improvement.
**Education:**
First or second level degree (preferably Aeronautical, Mechanical or Management Engineering) or, in the case of a technical diploma, even brief previous experience in the field is required.
**Required Experience:**
Junior (1 - 3 years of experience)
**Technical Skills:**
* Basic engineering knowledge, both technical and managerial;
* Preferable familiarity with aeronautical issues.
* Preferable familiarity with Root Cause Analysis methodologies (e.g. 5why, Ishikawa, FMEA)
* Basic knowledge of quality standards (e.g. ISO 9100)
**Behavioral Skills:**
* Analytical thinking and problem-solving orientation
* Good communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
* Proactivity and desire to learn
**Language skills:**
Intermediate-advanced English level (B2 or higher).
**IT Skills:**
* Good knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, graphs, basic formulas)
* Basic knowledge of presentation tools (PowerPoint or similar)
**Other:**
Willingness to travel occasionally to other Division sites, including abroad.
